Fayza Hassanin is the Quality Improvement Manager at Makkah Health Care Cluster , before this role ,
she was a Nursing Director and subsequently Nursing Manager at king Abdullah medical city where
she spent a significant amount of time working in nursing management for more than 20 years , She
holds a Master's degree in Total quality Management , certified in a clinical governance and ISO 9001
Lead auditor , and currently studying at her Ph.D , she also has professional experiences in the
research , In addition to her primary job functions, Fayza has been recognized for her extraordinary
commitment to National , International accreditation activities. Fayza is an author, Co- Investigator,
frequent speaker and lecturer in various fields of quality, Nursing and research.
